Psychological evaluation

In order to do a psychological evaluation various sources of information will be analyzed using a series of tools such as clinical interview and differed psychological tests in order to suit a well defined purpose of the evaluation. The goals of a psychological evaluation may include: analysis of behavioral pattern, cognitive and neuropsychological evaluation  (intelligence, attention and memory tests), assessing personality traits, identify possible mental disorders, assessing emotional stability, assessment of managerial skills and leadership, integrity assessment, evaluation of the orientation in life and society, evaluation of interpersonal abilities,  evaluating the stress tolerance, evaluating reaction type in conflict situations, abilities evaluation, psychological profiling.
